Aaryasai NextGen Foods Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") runs the Aaryasai NextGen Foods grocery delivery service. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and mobile number when you create an account.
- Delivery addresses and pincodes you save or enter at checkout.
- Order details: items, amounts, delivery time and payment method.
- Payment status from our payment partner. We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
How we use it
- To deliver your orders and contact you about them.
- To issue GST invoices and meet tax and legal requirements.
- To process refunds and handle support requests.
- To keep our service secure and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with our delivery staff, our payment partner (Razorpay) and government authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as Indian tax law requires (usually 8 years). You can ask us to delete your account and the rest of your data at any time.
