These terms apply when you use Aaryasai NextGen Foods, run by Aaryasai NextGen Foods Pvt Ltd. By placing an order you agree to them.
Your account
You must give a correct name, a 10-digit Indian mobile number and a delivery address. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
Prices and availability
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
- Delivery and handling fees are shown before you pay.
- Stock is limited. If an item runs out after you order, we will refund that item.
- We may correct obvious pricing mistakes. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you first.
Orders and payment
You can pay online (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) through Razorpay or choose Cash on Delivery. An online order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, place fake orders or try to interfere with its security. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of the city of our registered office.
