Where we deliver
We deliver only to the pincodes we serve. Enter your pincode in the app to check. If we don't deliver to you yet, you can still browse, but you can't place an order.
Delivery hours
We take "Deliver now" orders from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (India time). Outside these hours, you can schedule your order for the next available slot.
Delivery times
- "Deliver now" orders usually arrive within 10–15 minutes. Traffic, weather or busy times can cause delays.
- Scheduled orders arrive during the slot you choose.
Fees
- Minimum order: ₹99.
- Delivery fee: ₹20. Free on orders above ₹199.
- Handling fee: ₹2 per order.
If we can't deliver
If we can't reach you or your address, we'll call the phone number on the order. Undelivered orders are cancelled and refunded as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
